We are currently shipping pending orders once a week (unless there is a Swedish National holiday or we are on holiday, trade show etc).
The ordering cutoff times are
Sunday 23:00 GMT (shipping Monday)
Orders that contain backordered items are held and shipped on the next shipping day after the backordered stock arrives.
Packages are now shipped with registered post which is traceable, the shop system will send you a tracking number after your order is packed and ready for the next shipping day.

Shipping Surcharges
If your order is over 2 kg (typical orders are usually under 2 kg) we may have to split the shipping to several parcels depending on the order size and final destination. In these cases the shop system is unable to calculate the final shipping price correctly, therefore we may come back to you with an updated due shipping amount after the fact.
UK ORDERS
Currently we currently cannot ship small orders (under the UK VAT threshold which is around 1600 SEK) due to new VAT laws after brexit, in these cases we reserve the right to refund orders from the UK that fall below this threshold as we do not have the capacity to manage the new UK tax measures and therefore we will not be able to ship small orders to this territory. Please note that if you pay via paypal they also no longer will refund the transaction fee.
Other situations or events beyond our control
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders at our discretion, unfortunately PayPal policy has changed in regards to transaction fees and they will no longer refund them with cancelled orders. These fees are not our responsibility and we cannot do anything to affect this unfortunate PayPal policy which we also don’t agree with.
